What Our Customers Say…

I teach elementary music. With Brandon’s help, I was able to record the alto part for our holiday musical into the purchased practice-trax, and double myself singing on piano. Then, we adjusted the volume so it stood above the other parts, but did not overpower. This made a world of difference to my 3rd and 4th grade harmonizers, both students and parents loved it! I absolutely could not have done this without Brandon. He is professional, easy to work with, and a fine musician in addition to his technical skills in the studio. His rates are reasonable and I highly recommend him for any studio project, or lessons!

Extremely patient and knowledgeable in all aspects of the music biz. He helped me improve not just my vocals but helped me to have confidence in myself as well! Goes above and beyond with any song, regardless of style… And always give me something that is professional and well done. 🙂

We are constantly learning. It doesn’t matter how long a person has done something well; there is always room for improvement. We improve daily through practicing our crafts as writers, musicians and producers. We constantly improve our equipment and attend seminars to stay current with industry developments.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

“My family history is full of writers, musicians, and singers. I grew up pushing faders and setting microphones in my Father’s studio. There is nothing more that I love to do than create music and help others do the same.” -Brandon K. Guttenfelder (founder)

Brandon studied voice, piano & music composition on scholarship in college. He holds a certificate in Audio Production & Studio Technology; as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Grand Canyon University. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  • What are your realistic goals for your project?
  • Recording: How many songs? How many instruments or people will be recording? Will you need to hire studio musicians?
  • Lessons: Please understand learning a craft such as piano, voice, songwriting, theory takes hard work and dedication. Nothing worthwhile is ever easy in this life!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Projects vary in length due to the artistic nature of what we do. However, a basic demo project for an original song ready to record can take 4-12hrs depending on how much detail the artist wants to put into the project. Some do everything themselves & some hire studio musicians to help their song come to life.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

“The process of watching an idea from it’s inception take form into a final product, watching a student improve their skills as an instrumentalist, writer or vocalist, then helping them produce a professional quality product we can all be proud of in the end.” -Brandon K. Guttenfelder (founder)
